Wesley Health Centers offer a variety of health-related services for adults and children who face barriers to quality healthcare. They offer primary care services for the entire family, as well as mental health services and healthcare for pregnant women. Wesley Health Centers partner with Arizona Family Health to offer family planning at free or reduced cost to families in need. Currently, there are three Wesley Health Centers in the Phoenix area. Health services include treatment for chronic illness, lab services, vaccination and screening. They also offer wellness counseling, breast and cervical cancer screening, and family medical services. All centers are staffed by board certified family practitioners. They offer services in English and Spanish and accept most insurance plans, including Medicare. Uninsured families and individuals may be eligible for services at reduced cost.
