TROSA: Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers

TROSA: Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers is a community based program that supports individuals in recovery. Their mission is to provide residential services to individuals recovering from chemical dependence in order to help them on their path to sustainable, sober lives. TROSA does this by addressing chemical dependence, but also providing services that address the underlying barriers related to chemical dependence. This may include vocational development and placement services, educational opportunities and ongoing treatment for individuals with chemical dependence struggles. Participants in the program receive multi-year residential services and support at no cost to participants. The program does not require that individuals carry insurance. Residential services are available to both men and women. All participants receive shelter, food, clothing and basic necessities free of charge. Counselors and mentors are specially trained to treat chemical dependence and factors typically associated with those who have chemical dependence. For more information about specific services or to request assistance, individuals should contact the organization directly using the information provided on their website.
