Alaska Legal Services Corporation provides free legal services to eligible clients determined by income eligibility and case eligibility. Alaskans over the age of 60 are exempt from financial eligibility guidelines, however, priority is given to those seniors with the greatest social or economic need. In addition to income eligibility, application acceptance is based on whether there is a conflict of interest. They have 12 offices all over Alaska.
