Anti-Recidivism Coalition

The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing recidivism rates and improving the reentry process for formerly incarcerated individuals. Founded in 2013, ARC provides a comprehensive array of services to help individuals successfully transition back into their communities and lead fulfilling lives. ARC's programs and services include mentorship, education and job training, mental health and wellness services, housing assistance, and advocacy for policy changes that support successful reentry.
By addressing the root causes of recidivism and providing support and resources to those who have been impacted by the criminal justice system, ARC seeks to break the cycle of incarceration and create a more just and equitable society for all. Additionally, ARC considers for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
