Christ Clinic

Christ Clinic is a faith based nonprofit organization that provides free primary health care services to low income residents of the Fort Collins, Colorado area. This clinic operates by appointment only out of two separate Fort Collins locations. Their goal is to provide comprehensive primary care services while developing ongoing relationships between patients and providers at Christ Clinic, regardless of creed, beliefs, or their background. Services are available to all those in need of care, without qualification or cost. This includes families with children, young adults, and adults with chronic diseases that need case management. Patients are only required to provide their name and date of birth for their medical record. Faith Church Clinic is open for appointments on Monday evening from 6pm to 8:30pm. Mountain View Community Church Clinic is open for appointments the first and third Saturday mornings from 9am to 11am.
