City of Little Rock Re-Entry Program
Description
The City of Little Rock provides various reentry programs to justice impacted individuals with a history of non-violent convictions and incarceration. These services were designed with the goal of successful transition into the Little Rock community and the ultimate mission of improved quality of life. City of Little Rock works alongside both private and government agencies to provide the following reentry services to individuals planning to reside in the Little Rock, Arizona area upon release: Pre-release Programming, Employment Placement, Employment Placement for Disabled Adults, Sidewalk Program, and Re-Entry Employment Readiness Training. Participants of the Pre-Release Programming can expect services for needs assessment, counseling, case management, development of unique reentry plan, and assistive services for employment and reintegration readiness. Participants of the Employment Placement program can expect individualized case management services, recruitment and assessment, employment preparation and training, job placement, and assistance with employment retention. Partnerships through the City of Little Rock provides Participants of the Employment Readiness Training Program with up to nine months of job training for entry level positions within City departments.
