CNI Solutions

CNI Solutions is a nonprofit Community Based Organization. Designed for people, businesses, and champions for the underserved and underrepresented communities in the Huntsville, Alabama area working toward prosperity through economic, social justice, and entrepreneurship. Their purpose is to strengthen families, grow a sustainable regional economy, and cultivate leadership and community unity while fostering respect for all through their innovative and unique programs. Their program "new beginnings" is a program that supports the previously incarcerated. They assist with workshops such as peer-to-peer group meetings, understanding your struggle with like minds and those who have gone that way before you. Interviewing skills: prep you for job placement with in-house one-on-one live interviews helping you gain your confidence to interview well. They have several partners who they work with in assisting you with a job throughout the city, resume enhancement and cover letters.
