Cooperative Agricultural Support Services Authority (CASS) is a nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of services and support to agricultural communities throughout California. Established in 1978, the organization offers several programs designed to assist farmers and ranchers in achieving their goals and maintaining sustainable agricultural practices. CASS provides services related to crop insurance, food safety, pest management, labor compliance, and more. The organization is committed to promoting a healthy and sustainable food system that supports local farmers and ranchers and provides fresh, healthy food for consumers.
CASS works closely with its members and partners to provide innovative solutions to the challenges facing the agricultural industry. Additionally, CASS is a second-chance employer.
