Entry Point Staffing

Entry Point Staffing is a nonprofit agency that offers case management, job training, and other employment services to formerly incarcerated individuals returning to the Fairfield County, Connecticut community. This one of a kind staffing program through Career Resources is dedicated to reducing systemic inequity in the job marking and high recidivism rates by providing continuous, wraparound reintegration support to individuals in need. Associates of Entry Point Staffing will receive assessment at intake, necessary job training through the STRIVE program, employment coaching, housing assistance, counseling, and individualized case management before and after job training. Entry Point Staffing gives their associates all the tools they need for successful reentry into the workforce, including partnerships with local organizations and business that further assist jobseekers in finding employment and other much needed resources.
