Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy

The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the natural and cultural resources of the Golden Gate National Parks in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Conservancy works in partnership with the National Park Service, providing critical support for park programs in the areas of environmental stewardship, youth engagement, and community outreach. Since its founding in 1981, the Conservancy has raised millions of dollars in support of the parks, funding projects such as habitat restoration, trail maintenance, and educational programs.
