Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana

Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is a nonprofit organization providing job development services to community members. Staff and volunteers are committed to helping individuals navigate the various barriers that may make it difficult to obtain permanent gainful employment. Their employment services benefit both job seekers and local employers. For job seekers, Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana offers targeted services for individuals with disabilities, those with limited educational backgrounds and formerly incarcerated individuals. Staff recognize the difficulties that these individuals face due to stigma and lack of experience, so they provide key skills and assist with locating employers who are open to hiring employees of diverse backgrounds. The organization offers case management for certain individuals, as well as several employment programs for specific demographics, including a program that serves elderly community members.
