Heart and Soul Free Clinic

Heart and Soul Free Clinic is a community based health center dedicated to providing Westfield, Indiana residents with medical services. Their mission is to offer high quality health services to low-income and uninsured individuals in the Central Indiana community regardless of their ethnic or socioeconomic background. Medical services include diagnostic services and preventative health, women's health services, management for diabetes and physicals for work or school. Though they cannot offer specialized services, Heart and Soul Free Clinic provides referrals to community partners who provide optometry, podiatry and other acute care. They also offer limited dental health care such as emergency extractions, fillings and minor dental care. Heart and Soul Free Clinic provides counseling services for individuals managing depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
