Help YourSelf is a community directory guidebook created by the Central Arkansas ReEntry Coalition as a tool for individuals seeking resources in the Pulaski County, Arkansas area. This handbook was designed with three main objectives in mind, accurate information in an easy access format, providing factual information on much needed social services, and offering a high-quality publication focused on restorative justice outreach tools. This complete and updated resource guide provides individuals with the necessary contacts and information for areas including but not limited to; reentry programs, national resources, immigrant services, mental health, clothing, food pantries, employment services, education opportunities, housing options, consular services, dental care, disability resources, literacy courses, eye clinics, financial utility assistance, low cost furniture, health care services, inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities, LGBTQ+ resources, substance abuse recovery, transportation, libraries, and many more resources. Additionally, there are separate and specific programs listed for women, youth, seniors and veterans.
