Description
Idaho State Bar - Lawyer Referral Service is a public service available to residents of Idaho in need of legal representation or advice. This is service is operated by the Idaho State Bar to assist individuals in locating legal services for pending or ongoing litigation. All members of the Lawyer Referral Service are fully licensed and remain in good standing with the Idaho State Bar. The Idaho State Bar does not refer potential clients to lawyers with pending disciplinary complaints or who refuse to carry professional insurance. All members of the Lawyer Referral Service agree to provide potential clients with a free half-hour consultation to discuss services and rates. The fee for referral is $35, though this fee is waived for individuals who require consultation for personal injury, medical malpractice or worker's compensation.
