Mississippi Center for Re-Entry

Mississippi Center for Re-Entry is a community based organization offering holistic services to support formerly incarcerated individuals. One of their premier programs is Correctional Offender Reentry Program, which supports adults who are currently incarcerated as they anticipate their release and prepare to return to the community. Mississippi Center for Re-Entry also operates a Juvenile Correctional Offender Reentry Program for young people in the corrections system. Those interested in these programs can request a spot on the waiting list by having a loved one contact the call center Monday, Wednesday or Friday between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. Some of their highlighted services include job readiness courses, support for first time home buyers, and a statewide hotline that helps connect formerly incarcerated individuals with social service programs that can help them to succeed in the community.
