People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) is a nonprofit organization that provides services and support to individuals experiencing homelessness in California. Founded in 1984, the organization offers a wide range of programs and services, including street outreach, case management, housing assistance, mental health services, and medical care. PATH's mission is to end homelessness by helping individuals and families move into permanent housing and achieve long-term stability. The organization operates a network of service centers and supportive housing programs throughout California and has a team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
