Phalanx Family Services is a tight knit collective of people who are unified by a common desire to assist underserved individuals. Founded in 2003, their management staff have more than 120 shared years of experience offering job development solutions and strength-based social services to underserved and vulnerable populations. Phalanx Family Services develops emotionally healthy, self-sufficient families who successfully reintegrate into communities in which they can succeed. Their mission is to help economically disadvantaged young people and families who are working toward independent living through employment centered programs, mentoring, advocacy, and job development solutions.
