Self-Help for the Elderly is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of services to seniors in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in 1966, Self-Help for the Elderly empowers seniors to live independently, with dignity and respect, in their own homes and communities. The organization offers various programs and services to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of seniors. These include health and wellness programs, social activities, meal services, caregiver support, and assistance with housing and transportation.
