Vision 21 Concepts is a community-based organization offering comprehensive support for vulnerable and underrepresented populations. Their mission is to improve the safety and stability of the community through targeted support for individuals experiencing homelessness through residential services and life coaching. Vision 21 Concepts is a faith-based nonprofit, and many services are offered by volunteer staff. The Door Transitional Housing Program provides men experiencing homelessness with access to a living community and a growing network of community members committed to assisting them achieve permanent financial stability. Vision 21 Concepts also operates the Re-Entry Partnership Housing Program to assist individuals returning to the community after incarceration. The program serves individuals on parole and probation, as well as those under community supervision or exiting incarceration at the end of their sentences. In addition to housing services, Vision 21 Concepts provides spiritual guidance, mentorship, job development services and assistance for individuals recovering from chemical dependence.
