WelcomeHealth has served the Northwest Arkansas community with accessible health care for more than forty years. Their mission is to offer comprehensive health services, from medical care to dental hygiene and support services. They work in collaboration with local organizations to assist low income and vulnerable populations in and around Fayetteville, Arkansas. WelcomeHealth offers healthcare services regardless of an individual's ability to cover costs. The center specifically serves individuals who are uninsured, as well as those without sufficient insurance and who meet certain income qualifications. WelcomeHealth provides a number of medical services, including diabetes education and prevention, endocrinology, obstetrics, mental health support, pediatric services, nephrology and neurology treatment. Clinicians can act as primary care physicians and provide referrals to specialists when necessary. While the clinic is not equipped for restorative dental care, they do offer emergency dental care on Thursday evenings. There is also an onsite pharmacy offering prescriptions at reduced cost for patients.
