Community Family Life Services' mission is to offer short-term crisis and emergency support, and to guide individuals and families to successfully transform their lives. Their diverse programs and supports include emergency housing, mentorship for individuals and families, and job coaching and placement. The Women's Reentry and Victim Services program offers gender-informed support to formerly incarcerated women reintegrating into the community. They have developed services based on the intersections of domestic violence, trauma and incarceration to best assist women in need. The program includes case management, treatment plans, mentorship and life development courses, and transitional housing. Individuals can receive services during their exit from DC jail or by visiting a drop-in center.
