The American Civil Liberties Union is one of the largest organizations advocating for the constitutional rights of all Americans across the country. ACLU Nebraska is a state-based partner of the national organization that fights to to defend individual rights in Nebraska through litigation, legislation, and public education. The mission of ACLU Nebraska is built on working daily in courts, legislations and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties of the constitution. ACLU Nebraska works with communities statewide to defend and preserve individual rights and freedoms. The foundation of ACLU Nebraska is built on the core values of individual liberties, justice, and equality.
