The Allegan County Public Defender's Office in Michigan has one Chief Public Defender, one Deputy Chief Public Defender, four Assistant Public Defenders, and two Legal Specialists, who ensure the state's public defense system is fair, cost-effective constitutional while protecting public safety and accountability.
