The Blaine County Public Defender's Office in Hailey, Idaho has one Interim Chief Public Defender, one Deputy Public Defender, and other members on staff. The mission of the Blaine County Public Defender's Office is to professionally, efficiently and effectively represent, when appointed to do so by the Court, indigent persons in criminal, involuntary commitment, juvenile, and child protection cases within Blaine County. The defendant may be appointed a Public Defender only if they cannot afford an attorney on their own.
