Chains of Grace is a faith-based organization that provides re-entry supervision and services for men and women coming out of incarceration. They provide one-time funds for an individual or family facing circumstances where some additional financial support is required. The funds are for all re-entry needs; transportation, clothing, food, housing, identification documents and job placement. Chains of Grace provides transitional housing for those recently paroled. An extensive issue-based database of additional preferred programs based on Chains of Grace’s mission criteria is also available on their website. Chain of grace also releases a series of podcasts on Re-entry. If you or a loved one are seeking help, please complete their application process which must be complete before services can be provided.
