Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County Reentry Connections
Reentry Connections is a division of Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County dedicated to easing the transition back into the community. The mission of the program is to act as a bridge between formerly incarcerated individuals and the social services that are available to assist them during reintegration. Staff work directly with individuals to identify specific needs and develop a reentry plan, including a brief assessment to determine eligibility for various social programs. Their hope is that working with individuals and connecting them directly to supportive organizations will reduce the risk of reoffense and break the cycle of recidivism. This includes assisting individuals with locating safe, stable living environments, as well as vocational programs that can help them to rejoin the workforce and treatment programs for those who require assistance with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders. For more information about specific services or to request support, contact the organization directly.
