The Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Texas's Waco Office is a branch of the federal public defender's office for the Western District of Texas. With one supervisory first assistant federal public defender and one panel attorney on staff, the Waco office provides defense services in federal criminal cases and other covered matters to individuals who are financially unable to obtain adequate representation.
