The Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Virginia's Abingdon Office is a branch of the federal public defender's office for the Western District of Virginia. With one federal public defender and one panel attorney on staff, the Abingdon office collaborates to provide representation for the indigent accused at all stages of federal criminal litigation.
