Florida Cares Charity Corp. is a non-profit corporation dedicated to improving the lives of incarcerated individuals through public awareness, family support, educational and enrichment programs. At their Positive Leadership Initiative Weekly classes, incarcerated people are instructed on how to lead in a positive manner. Under their Pawsitive Direction program, they bring dogs with them to the prison to train the incarcerated people how to train the dogs on a weekly basis and then adapt them back out into society. They also help incarcerated people understand Florida Legislator - what the effective date on a bill means as well as the effect the last action date has on a bill.  Compare and contrast a Senate Bill with a corresponding House Bill.
