Good Samaritan Project is a faith-based resource center for justice-impacted individuals in San Jose, Morgan Hill or Gilroy. The program provides reentry services, job development services, food and housing assistance, recovery programs and mental health treatment services. Men and women 18 years of age or older who have been recently released from a state or county incarceration facility are eligible for services. The Good Samaritan Project supports individuals under probation or parole supervision, AB 109’s and those impacted by the “Three Strikes” law. The program is available at no cost to participants as part of the Faith Re-Entry Collaborative. All those who meet eligibility requirements may receive services.
