Goodwill of Delaware – Programs and Services

Goodwill of Delaware facilitates numerous Programs and Services for justice involved and underrepresented individuals. They are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, which allows certain programs to meet requirements established by the court. They serve the Delaware community through a variety of services, including job development and placement services, digital literacy, educational programming and financial coaching. Services are based in individual counties, so not all programs are available state-wide, though most services are offered in New Castle, Kent and Delaware counties. GOODWorks is a program specifically designed to support young adults with disabilities and is available to teens living in New Castle, Kent and Delaware counties. The program follows a 12-week curriculum to offer real world experience and support for entering the workforce. Residents of New Castle, Kent and Delaware counties are also eligible to receive support improving credit scores and qualifying for certain loan programs.
