Hale Kipa is a multi-faceted, fully accredited nonprofit organization that specializes in working with at risk youth and their loved ones, who often have nowhere else to turn. Hale Kipa has provided services to more than 67,000 young people across Hawai‘i since its establishment in 1970 as a single shelter on O‘ahu.
