Inner City Law Center

Inner City Law Center (ICLC) is a nonprofit organization that fights for housing and justice for low-income tenants, working-poor families, immigrants, people who are disabled or living with HIV/AIDS, and homeless veterans. ICLC advocates for equitable housing policies and provides legal services to prevent and end homelessness. From direct client service and advocacy for innovative and effective public policies, Inner City Law Center works at every level to ensure that all Angelenos have a safe, affordable and healthy place to call home. Their areas of work include Eviction Prevention, HIV/AIDS, Homelessness Prevention, Homeless Veterans, Public Benefits, Slum Housing and Housing Policy. However, they do not provide assistance with family law, criminal law, bankruptcy law, or immigration law issues related to citizenship, asylum, and family petition. ICLC has a Pro Bono council, where the law firm attorneys and in-house counsel are dedicated to leveraging their legal talents and resources to defend and improve the lives of ICLC clients.
