Journey Home

Journey Home is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support for young people at risk of entering the justice system. They assist both youth and their families, offering services and guidance to intercept young people before incarceration and help them avoid the barriers of navigating life with a criminal conviction. Journey Home partners with schools and community organizations in the Southern California area to arrange events that bring awareness about youth interactions with the justice system, coordinate support and mentorship for parents who have a child in the justice system or at risk of entering the system, and address mental health crises that perpetuate suicide among young people. The vision of Journey Home is to empower communities to recognize and serve young people in crisis before they make choices that will impact them for the rest of their lives. Individuals can contact the organization directly through the website or by phone for more information or to discuss available services.
