Kansas Legal Services (KLS), a statewide non-profit corporation, is devoted to helping low-income Kansans meet their basic needs through the provision of important legal and mediation services. KLS handles cases in these areas of law: consumer, employment, family, juvenile, health, housing, income maintenance and individual rights law. Kansas Legal Services gives free or low-cost civil legal advice and representation for persons whose incomes make them eligible. KLS can help with Juvenile Expungements and has an interactive form to create a document for the Court where the arrest or conviction took place. Kansas Legal Services provides free online legal forms as a service to low-income Kansans to solve legal issues on their own. Forms are easy-to-use, interactive forms that will give you the documents you need for filing or responding to legal actions in Kansas district courts. Find out if you are eligible for legal assistance by talking with a KLS Intake Specialist, whether you apply online or call their intake line.
