Live Oak Church provides support for community members experiencing food insecurity in the Hinesville, Georgia area. Joseph House is a food and clothing pantry maintained by members of Live Oak Church who believe strongly in supporting vulnerable individuals during times of crisis. Live Oak Church invites community members to visit Joseph House every Tuesday from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. During these visits, individuals have the opportunity to acquire basic necessities, nutritious food and gently used clothing at no cost. Joseph House partners with local community leaders, including Hinesville grocery stores, restaurants and community organizations to maintain the pantry each week. Individuals are also encouraged to talk with Joseph House volunteers about the potential for mentorship and spiritual guidance through Live Oak Church services. The pantry services all individuals regardless of faith or situation.
