Mahoning Valley Re-Entry Coalition helps the returning citizens reintegrate back into society to make them productive citizens of the community. Their Original Creating Lasting Family Connections (CLFC) Program is a comprehensive, scientifically proven, 40-hour personal and family strengthening program that builds family skills and knowledge. They also advocate for safer neighborhoods and promote self-sufficiency for returning citizens transitioning from Correctional and Rehabilitative Institutions.
