The Massachusetts Committee For Public Counsel Services in Essex County has three divisional offices - a Children and Family Law Division (CAFL), a Youth Advocacy Division (YAD) SalemTrial Office, and a Public Defender Division (PDD) Salem Trial Office located in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
