The Mayor's Office on Returning Citizens Affairs is a mayor sponsored organization committed to supporting individuals during reintegration. The office is tasked with operating as the official coordinating and advisory body dedicated to improving reentry support services, decreasing recidivism and ensuring that most justice involved individuals make a permanent return to the community.
