New Horizons Idaho LLC is a faith-based organization that offers residential services and spiritual guidance to individuals returning to the community. Potential residents must agree and adhere to all house guidelines in order to participate in the program. This includes respecting one another through faith, maintaining sobriety throughout their time in residence, and upholding all the terms of their release, including parole and probation. All individuals in residence attend bible study weekly and agree to hold a job or actively pursue full-time employment. Currently, New Horizons Idaho LLC is only equipped to serve men who are exiting correctional facilities. In an effort to maintain safety and court mandated conditions, the community remains completely closed to women. The organization hopes that, through the combination of spiritual guidance and concrete residential support, they can disrupt the cycle of recidivism.
