Description

Oriana House is a nonprofit community corrections agency that helps communities and individuals address the issues of addiction, mental health, community corrections, and reentry. The community corrections programs provide the criminal justice system with pretrial services and alternative sentencing options to jail or prison. Oriana House offers residential and non-residential programs across Ohio that work to change the behavior of justice involved individuals using evidence based practices. Staff address needs such as substance use disorder treatment, education, employment, coping skills, parenting classes, anger management and more. Individuals are referred by municipal and common pleas courts; the Federal Bureau of Prisons; the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction; probation; and the Adult Parole Authority. Oriana’s Halfway House Program is a residential program for those needing long-term rehabilitative programming of 90 days or longer. Reentry services are offered through North Star Neighborhood Reentry Resource Center. For more information about specific services, contact the organization directly.
