The Phillips Neighborhood Clinic is a community based clinic managed by University of Minnesota students in the health services. All students who practice at the clinic are supervised by certified clinicians associated with the University of Minnesota medical program. Phillips Neighborhood Clinic also provides numerous Specialty Clinic Nights throughout the year. Additionally, students from the University of Minnesota Law School will offer legal clinics at no charge to community members on designated nights. This partnership works to assist individuals who may face barriers to medical care and representation as a result of socioeconomic status. Legal clinics may include support for individuals who are working to obtain public benefits. Unfortunately, the Phillips Neighborhood Clinic is no longer able to offer medication management. Most patients must schedule an appointment in order to see a clinician, which they can do by using the contact information for the clinic site nearest their place of residence.
