Positive Communication Practices, Inc.

Positive Communication Practices develops programs that offer positive lifestyle alternatives by providing guidance and positive direction while creating a space for sharing and the opportunity for both healing and growth. Their Rights of Passage program methodology is dedicated to helping incarcerated young men make fundamental and emotional shifts away from childhood so they begin understanding the importance of thinking like responsible adult men as they begin transitioning into the next phase of their lives. This is a pivotal time to introduce emotional intelligence, self-development information, and skill building. These six principles of manhood are the pillars of their program, accountability, commitment, integrity, excellence, self-awareness, and respect. They provide ongoing training and workshops that include these topics: The Father Wound, Toxic Masculinity, Relationship Building, Communication skills, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness and Trauma. Contact PCP directly for more information on their workshops.
