Reentry Success DC is a community based organization dedicated to supporting individuals during their return to the community. They partner with the GEO Group and the National Federation of Federal Employees to offer evidence based support services during pre-release and post-release. All Continuum of Care participants are eligible for services through Reentry Success DC as long as they have completed a sentence at the Rivers Correctional Facility and intend to return to Washington, DC. Pre-release services begin 18 months prior to release and include: behavioral modification workshops, academic courses and job training. Post-release services are coordinated through individual case managers. These case managers assist with transitional housing, clothing and food allowances, transportation support and job placement services. All participants of Reentry Success DC also have access to a 24/7 helpline that provides support in times of crisis.
