Safe Haven Outreach Ministry is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to serving vulnerable members of the community. Their mission is to offer housing and human services to those without insurance, low income individuals, homeless and indigent adults who experience chemical dependence, and those experiencing mental health crisis. Staff and volunteers hope to improve the quality of life for those members of the community that are often overlooked and underserved. Their 28 day residential substance use treatment program, presided over by the Department of Behavioral Health, serve individuals diagnosed with one or more mental health disorders which affect chemical dependence. Additionally, Safe Haven Outreach Ministry offers a holistic continuum of services, inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, long term and permanent housing services.
