Sex Offender Housing of Florida

Sex Offender Housing of Florida is an organization which assists aging adults with criminal convictions for sex crimes. Their mission is to provide a safe and stable housing option for formerly incarcerated individuals who face barriers to independent housing due to the nature of their criminal convictions. Sex Offender Housing of Florida maintains three communities. Two of these housing communities are in Orlando, and the third is in Apopka, Florida. All applicants must agree to abide by state and federal sanctions, as well as rules imposed by the property owners of the living community. Additionally, all residents agree not to partake in illegal drugs, use sex workers, abuse alcohol, keep pets or disrupt the peace of the community. Residents who are found to violate these rules are subject to removal from the community. For more information, or to apply for a residence at one of their communities, use the application form provided on the organization website.
