Stone Bridge Reentry Services is a nonprofit organization that meets the basic needs of people reentering society after incarceration. Stone Bridge provides peer leadership opportunities for a core group of people with a history of incarceration that have managed to work through some of their healing and stabilization. Recovery orientated peer support offers a level of acceptance, understanding, and validation. In addition, Stone Bridge Reentry Services is dedicated to providing quality services to those struggling with chemical dependency. Modalities include CBT, DBT, and Wellbriety. By providing treatment modalities and reentry services, Stone Bridge regulates community safety by assisting struggling people to meet immediate needs, building relationships, strategizing, and organizing around issues of injustice.
