The Reentry Initiative

The Reentry Initiative is a nonprofit cooperation dedicated to to providing prerelease and aftercare support services to individuals returning to their communities after release from correctional facilities. This Boulder County, Colorado based agency was founded in 2016 with the mission of reducing recidivism by providing wraparound reentry services to men and women in need. The Reentry Initiative seeks to empower individuals to restore their dignity and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Their full service program services include, but are not limited to, individualized case management, personalized parole planning, mental health support, substance abuse treatment, live skills training, self-sufficiency classes, community resource education, mentorship, individual and group outpatient therapy, clothing, food, hygiene kits, transportation aid, assistance obtaining identification documentation, local connections for housing and employment resources, and much more.
