The Tioga County Public Defender has a branch office located in Owego, NY. This office has one Public Defender, two Staff Attorneys and other legal support staff that provides legal representation to indigent persons in criminal matters in Berkshire, Candor, Newark Valley, Nichols, Village of Owego & the town of Owego Judge Hogan's Court, Town of Owego Judge Schumacher's Court, Richford and Tioga Courts.
