Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii

Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii is a nonprofit corporation that provides free legal services through coordination of volunteer attorneys to impoverished residents in the state of Hawaii. Since their inception in 1981, Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii has offered legal aid assistance through community education, brief services, legal advice clinics, and pro bono attorney referrals for direct representation. Through partnership with local volunteer attorneys, this organization is able to provide income based legal services and assistance in achieving justice for individuals whom would not otherwise have it. Legal aid services are exclusively offered for issues regarding family law, estate planning, bankruptcy, restricted license program, veterans assistance, and reemployment and community service program.
